Shipping policy

OUR SHIPPING POLICY

When we receive notification of your order we generally pick and pack that order as quickly as possible within standard business hours. Processing may take 2-3 working days at the most. Please do get in touch with us if you need your order processed urgently. Once your order is carefully packed then we call the courier and wait eagerly for them to come and collect your goodies. You will receive an email from us when your order is on the way so that you know when to expect it.

 

We offer a next working day courier service between major cities and towns. Please note, we are unable to deliver to a PO Box. We require a physical address for delivery. Occasionally public holidays, weekends, weather events or extremely busy periods may result in extended delivery times.


Orders received over the weekend or during public holidays will be dispatched as soon as possible when we re-open for business. If your order is urgent please contact us for assistance.

  • In general, delivery to your door will take no more than 5-7 working days from dispatch to South Island addresses and 3-5 working days for North Island addresses. Weekends, public holidays, adverse weather events and infrastructural complications may cause additional delays.
  • Some addresses may have delivery restrictions that are beyond our control or delivery conditions that we are not able to meet.

 

Please note this excludes furniture and heavy items, shipping of these items will be quoted separately.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Unfortunately we do not ship internationally.

 

MISSING OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If your goods don’t reach you in perfect condition please notify us as soon as possible. Please don’t return damaged goods without notifying us first, as it is sometimes preferable to make arrangements from our end. Please keep any packaging and damaged items as they are received, as these are required for the claim process.



In the unlikely event that your parcel doesn’t reach you within the expected delivery time-frame of our having emailed you confirmation of dispatch, please let us know.

 

SHIPPING RETURNING ITEMS

To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your instore credit.


If you are shipping an item over $75 back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
